Need an auditor to do a single audit for a small start-up non-profit vocational school that serves people with disabilities. audit must be gagas/gas (yellow book) compliant and use federal/governmental language, but it is still considered a single audit. auditor must live in the chicago area and be willing to meet face-to-face at least once.

We are a small church in the process of forming a monastic community. we are in the fundraising phase of the project alongside the planning and design of the building. we are currently working with an architect on design. we are looking for someone skilled in capital campaigns who would view this project as a way to build their skills and portfolio and would be willing to donate their services. we expect that the position would turn into a full time paid position. we have secured the land, commitments to assist in furnishing the monastery, and have secured an architect who is donating their services.
