I need a client / server application. the customer must run as a desktop application, preferably in adobe air flex. the server app can be in web or win os, as be more easy. the idea is similar to ebay turbolister but much more simple, it will not use monetary systems like paypal or so on, it will use a simple credit system. below will detail the application of the client and after the server application. ------------------------------------- client app will be a program that will have a user name and password to access the information listed. validate the user program and then be updated to download information. listed data will be brief descriptions of products will be on sale, which will be auctioned or sold at fixed prices, so that the user may increase the price of the auction or buy it at a fixed price. the program should display on every product detailed information but never show the contact information. all auctions will have a maximum time of 8 hours. if the user wins the auction or pay the fixed price, the product must disappear from the listing (market) and pass to the tab of -win & buyed- section, where detailed information will appear with the contact information once has buyed. the program should have a system function to minimize to system try, which, every five minutes the program will update and verify if there are new products listed, if any, announced by a ballon that one or more products are listed. the program will require the function of -remember me- in the login access information for save the user and pass. optional, may contain a section to send a message to the administrator of the program. optional, can have a rotating banner or iframe in the header of the program. --------------------------------- server: the server can be a program that runs web based (php script) or windows (c #, adobe air, etc ...) as be easy for yours, the application will be the source of product data that will be downloaded by programs customers. should also take an admin section for users, which each user will be channeled to different types of products (categories). here an example: in total have 5 users, 3 users will receive information on products of cardboard boxes and 2 users will receive information on steel sheets. each user in its category (type of business) can buy and bid on the auction to buy the information but may not see information that does not correspond to their category (boxes or sheet steel). ######### notes: the text in the client application must be in spanish language (the server app can be english or spanish). in the job listing, may have only attachments, users can download files at any time (before and after the buy) for more details. system or auction purchases not related to any monetary system, simply be an internal credit system. +++optional in the future: the server program may be updated in the future so i could connect to several pop email accounts, which will automatically download the title of an email and publish it in the listing jobs, email content and data in the description, recognize the attachments in the email and publish it in the job. the contact info will be recognizable by a special format in the mail. each email pop account will correspond to a category in which be published products.

I have a project that will produce sony xd-cam hd 1080i (1920x1080) video files in native sony xdcam format (mp4). i want a program that will convert these files to a file to play in imovie on a mac. i assume this will be a quicktime wrapper. the interface must be simple to use: 1) load automatically on a mac 2)find the xdcam hd file on the local computer 3) process the file and make it playable in the mac imovie program (mp4 mov). the client will need to be able to edit/save the file in imovie. this must be an integrated program. nothing extra to install. i can supply a sony xd-cam hd file for testing purposes. if an existing video encoder program such as imagemagick or rosetta is to be used in the program, it must be available for full license for resale and use as my client will include the converter with their product.
