I need a small relay for the automotive industry.this is an improvement of the dual batt system. this relay needs to be voltage senstive. i need it to monitor the first battarry and only switch on when the output voltage is greater than 12.7 volts dc. at the same time i need the relay to monitor the secondary batt.voltage level. the relay should only allow connection when the secondary batt power level is below 80%. the relay needs to be able to safely handle 0- 200 vdc for charging, and 900 to 1100 vdc cranking amps. i aslo want it to have a indicator built on it that will flash if the primary voltatge (alternator) is missing. i also want it to have a overide feature,so i can push a button inside the car and engage the secondary batt. the feature needs to be timed for self shutdown. if you can combine the push button and indicator feature that would be great. this relay will be connected on 4 gauge wires

I want to construct commercial swimming pool in middle east

Architect needed to complete designs/drawings for a 3 bedroom family home with pool. home will be elevated and second story completed with option of closing in bottom and completing first story. rough sketches completed by the owners are available as well as pictures of similar homes and other design ideas. owners are also available to discuss and explain concept. house is currently approximately 28m in length an 10m wide, with a rectangular design with one wall (towards the river) being mostly glass with a veranda running the length of the living/dining room and bedrooms. the main living dining room is an open room in the middle with the kitchen being slightly raised and towards the back and the living dining area towards the front window and veranda. on each side of the main room will be bedroom, with one side having the master bedroom and the other having two smaller bedrooms. each bedroom and the main room will have access to the veranda. the first floor (and likely second stage in construction) will be a pool with an indoor/outdoor appearance as it will begin under the structure of the house and covered by the main upstairs living. the pool will extend from under the structure with a surrounding deck. off the sides of the ?indoor pool room? will be two room (possibly a family room and an additional bedroom). we are seeking quotes for the house architectural design, but also would like separate quotes for construction and mep drawings, if the provider has that capability.
