We have a mechanical invention that we have already roughly designed and drawn out. it is by no means considered finished. the drawings are for assistance for the cad operator. the invention stands about 1/2 meter high and about 1/2 meter in diameter. we need it to be transposed/integrated into a cad so we can: a) make sure the design is functional and b) have the exact measurements and dimensions of it and all its parts in order to get the parts made and assemble the prototype for patent. a nondisclosure/non-compete agreement will need to be agreed upon and signed prior to full disclosure of item details. In this report, a chain drive is modelled. the input is an electric motor from which power is taken to run a compressor. the various forces and stresses acts on the various sections of the chain are carefully analyzed. and also, bearing stress on rollers and pins are found out. finally, the analytical results compared with the help of matlab software and found that all the values match properly.

We have a requirement for cad drawings of obsolete and discontinued parts for old land-rovers (pre-1984) that we then sub-contract for remanufacture. current and future projects involve sheet metalwork, turned parts, castings, resin mouldings, wire mesh - i.e. many and varied, large and small. draughtsman must be based locally in order to facilitate measurement of large components (vehicle body parts in some cases) and to allow adequate project management and quality checks.
